ECCO

The Essex County Community Organization (ECCO) is a congregation-based community organization on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Since 1981, ECCO’s organizing has brought about significant improvements for our communities in job training, health care, youth development, housing, and safety. The vision is that through ECCO, congregations have the opportunity to live out their faith’s call for justice. Through the organizing, the voices of thousands of North Shore residents are heard, and their struggles for justice and equity are successful in bringing about social change.
